1.     Tankard’s Law Privacy

The Tankard’s Law website privacy policy is effective from 1 February 2017. The privacy policy relates to information that Tankard’s Law receives through the Tankard’s Law website from users and visitors to the Tankard’s Law website. The privacy policy states exactly what Tankard’s Law will and will not do with the information received through the Tankard’s Law website.

Tankard’s Law is not responsible for the privacy policies or the use of information from third party websites that are linked to the Tankard’s Law website. This means Tankard’s Law is not responsible for the privacy of visitors and users of other websites which have been found through accessing the Tankard’s Law website.

You can protect your own privacy by being aware of what your personal computer privacy settings are and installing the appropriate anti-virus software.

2.     Tankard’s Law Confidentiality

Tankard’s Law assures the confidential information received through users of the Tankard’s Law website, including personal information and information regarding your legal matters will be treated with the highest degree of confidentiality in accordance with the rules and regulations which bind the legal profession.

Confidential information received through the Tankard’s Law website will only be disclosed in circumstances which facilitate the provision of Tankard’s Law legal services. Confidential information will be used in a manner that protects your right to confidentiality and Tankard’s Law right to receive confidential information and responsibilities in dealing with confidential information.

 5.     What Tankard’s Law will do with personal identifiable information

6.     Tankard’s Law use of data

Tankard’s Law may store data on the Tankard’s Law server or a third party server provider who Tankard’s Law have entered into a contract with.
